Newer Androids are starting to come with voice dictation, but those who have an older device can easily add the feature with an app called Dragon Dictation. Dragon Dictation transcribes anything you can speak and allows you to easily send it as a text message or e-mail without touching your device.

One of the most commonly missed (or miscalculated) tax deductions in real estate is the vehicle mileage deduction. TripLog helps agents by automatically tracking an agent’s mileage while he or she is driving.
